Qualification:- 

The qualification of the Candidates applying for the position of Assistant Commandant (Veterinary) should have bachelor degree in veterinary science and animal husbandry from a recognized university and registration with the veterinary council of India.

Selection Procedure:- 

The selection of the candidates applying for the position of Assistant Commandant (Veterinary) will be on the basis of written examination and personal interview depending on the number of applications received.

2. Pay Scale : Rs. 15600-39100+5400 Grade Pay 

Regarding drawing the pay of appointed candidate, as per notification No. 7/204/2012-4FP1/66, Dated 15/01/15 Govt. of Punjab Department of Finance (Finance personnel- Branch) Chandigarh, Fixed emolument equal to minimum of the pay Band without any Grade Pay or any allowance will be paid during the probation period of 2 years. It is also clear ,that annual increment or any other allowance except traveling allowance will not be paid during the probation period of 2 years.
